Refund Policy
At Nourish and Support, we value your time and commitment to your health. Because nutrition counseling services involve reserved appointment time, preparation, and personalized guidance, the following refund policy applies.
Appointments:
Payments for individual sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hr notice, your payment may be applied to a future appointment. Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund.
Packages and Programs:
Packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once services have begun. If you choose to discontinue a package early, any unused sessions may be credited at the discretion of Nourish and Support, minus the value of sessions already completed at the standard single-session rate.
Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that unexpected situations occur. Refund requests related to emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
